A youth-friendly digital hub for resources, participation and community in Da Nang.

Healthy Cities for Adolescents (HCA) Da Nang is a UNICEF-supported initiative working with young people and partners to help make Da Nang healthier, more dynamic and more youth-friendly. Its e-resource portal brings together project information, learning materials, activities and resources for adolescents and the wider community.
The HCA project set out to create an adolescent-friendly e-resource portal where young people could discover project information, learning resources and activities more easily. The experience also needed to work across languages and devices, support accessibility, and remain practical for the project team to manage over time.
Enosta shaped the portal around how adolescents and young people explore information, activities and resources, using research, consultation and iterative design to keep the experience clear and approachable.
The build paired the public experience with a CMS-based publishing workflow so the HCA team could keep content current without relying on technical support for everyday updates.
After launch, Enosta extended the work into a 12-month SEO programme designed to strengthen search visibility as the portal’s resource and news library grew.
Together, the portal and follow-on SEO programme create a stronger foundation for HCA Da Nang to publish useful content, support youth participation and keep that content easier to discover over time.
